Flag football is a non-contact sport. Girls of NFL Flag Inland Empire offers a fun and exciting program in a competitive environment to youth between the ages of 5 and 14.  We have game locations in Redlands and Fontana. We provide the Inland Empire with a quality Youth Flag Football league that is a part of the NFL Flag's program and serves as a great option for parents who are looking for a safe alternative in Youth Football for their child to be involved in.

2024 Girls of NFL FLAG INLAND EMPIRE SPRING SEASON

 

Redlands

Practices for the Redlands/Colton/Highland/Loma Linda/San Bernardino location are held Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6 pm or 6 to 7 pm at Clement Middle School or Texonia park. Games will be held on Friday nights at Citrus Valley High School. 

There may be no more than two Saturday morning travel games during the regular season.

Fontana

Practices for the Fontana location are Mondays and Wednesdays between 6 pm and 8 pm at the South Fontana Sports Complex. Games will be held on Friday nights. 

 

The season takes place between March and May. There will be 8 regular season games. All teams make it to our tournament style playoffs.

Age cutoff is January 1st. (We take the kids' ages on January 1st, 2024).

 

Registration Dates and Fees:

Registration closes on January 31st or until all teams are full- $180

 

Important Dates:

Practice starts in March, 2024

-Reversible NFL Flag Jersey

-1 pair of shorts

-1 set of sonic pop flags

 

Registration does not include:

-mouthpiece (required)

-rubber cleats (required)

-Gamebreaker soft shell helmet (required, purchase $70)

-team socks (not required)

Every team is required to have a sponsorship of $250.  Sponsorship dues are used to pay the teams referee fees and medallions.   Sponsorship dues are required to be turned in by the first game.   If the team cannot find a sponsor, the team will have to divide the dues evenly among players.
